The Tunisian Mabrouk group has acquired the Societe Tunisienne des Industries Automobiles (STIA), a plant for car assembly with headquarters in Sousse, for 20 million dinars. The Mabrouk group is to allocate 32 million dinars (about 16.5 million euros) to make the STIA a North African centre for the manufacturing of buses and minibuses.
